Privacy notice
Aveline Dental Studio collects the information we need to look after your oral health and run the practice: your name, contact details, date of birth, insurance details, medical history and clinical records such as X-rays, scans and treatment notes.
We use this information to provide care, to send appointment reminders and written estimates, to file insurance claims on your behalf and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we never share it for marketing.
Health information
Your health records are protected under HIPAA. Our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the front desk and by email on request, explains in detail how we may use and disclose protected health information and your rights to access, correct and receive a copy of your records.
- We share records with your insurer, specialists or laboratories only when needed for your treatment or payment.
- You can ask for a copy of your records, including digital X-rays and 3D scans, at any time.
- Records are kept for as long as New York State law requires, then securely destroyed.
This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you request an appointment, the booking form sends your details securely to our front desk so we can confirm your visit. We use them only to arrange and manage your care, and we never share them for marketing. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address only to send that newsletter, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when your browser requests them.
Terms of use
The information on this website is general and is not a substitute for an examination. Prices shown are starting prices; your written estimate after an examination is the figure that applies to you. Appointment requests made online are confirmed only when we text or call you.
We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and visit the studio comfortably. The site is designed to work with screen readers and keyboard navigation, respects reduced-motion settings and aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
The studio is on the ground floor with step-free access and an accessible restroom. If you need a longer appointment, a quieter time of day or information in another format, tell us when you book.
